RAGGING IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE AND THE CULPRITS WILL ATTRACT PUNITIVE ACTION AS MENTIONED IN THE UGC REGULATIONS

In accordance with the orders passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 887 of 2009, UGC (University Grants Commission), Govt. of India has developed the web portal http://www.antiragging.in to setup up a Central Crisis Hotline and Anti-Ragging database.

In this direction all the students must submit an antiragging affidavit to the office of the undersigned on or before 31st July for existing years and 15th Aug for Freshers.

The procedure:

1. Go to the Anti-ragging website https://www.antiragging.in/affidavit_affiliated_form.php

2. Read the page carefully. Click Next button.

3. Fill up all the Student Details like First Name, Middle Name, Surname, Mobile Number, Email, Gender, City, State, and Nationality.

4. Fill up all the Parent / Guardian Details like Parent / Guardian Name, Parent / Guardian Phone Number (+91), Parent / Guardian Email, Parent / Guardian City, Parent / Guardian State, Parent / Guardian address.

5. In College Details fill the following information.

6. State in which the College is: Select Uttar Pradesh

7. Name of the College: Lalta Singh Rajkiya Mahila Mahila Mahavidyalaya  Adalhat Mirzapur ( C-13606 )

8. Name of Affiliated University: Select Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth  Varanasi from option.

In Select College First and Then Fill the Following as per the College Details following steps

• College Director's Name : Select Mrs. and then type  Neelam Tandan

  • College Phone Number (+91): 9936463684

  • College Landline Number (Optional): No need of giving

  • Select Details Of The Course (UG/PG/Diploma): U.G. / P.G.

  • Enter Name Of The Course: B.A. / M.A.

  • Enter Number of students in your class:

  • Current year of study: For Fresher Select-1

  • Nearest Police station to your college: Adalhat,Mirzapur

  • Click Submit Form.

  • An affidavit will be sent to your email address. Download it. Print it. Sign it by you and your parents / guardian.

  • Submit the signed affidavit to college on or before 31st July for existing years and 15th Aug for Fresher’s.
